Tele Caller / Outbound Process .
Job Role: Tele Calling- We are seeking a Junior Tele caller to join our team to make inbound calls and do customer support . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a self-starter and have a desire to learn and grow in a customer support role.
Responsibilities:
Make attend the calls and resolve the customer issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the CRM system
Assist with the scheduling of appointments for sales representatives
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements:
12th pass or equivalent
0-1 years of experience in a
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work well in a team environment
